MICAH INTERNATIONAL LTD. (pronounced mi’ka), was formally established in May of 1991 as a home based wholesale supplier of North American First Nations Jewelry, Arts, Crafts and Collectibles to gift shops, museum shops, corporate clients and fine retail outlets across Canada and parts of Europe.

Under our retail identity MICAH GALLERY, we entered into the retail market as a featured licensee on the main floor of the Calgary downtown Hudson’s Bay in 1992. On August 20, 1994 MICAH GALLERY opened their first independent retail location in Calgary, Alberta at 1819 – 4th Street S.W. Coincidentally, this was the same day the Sacred White Buffalo was born in Jainesville, Wisconsin, U.S.A. This location was home to the MICAH GALLERY for 5 years until November of 1999 at which time MICAH GALLERY relocated to 110 – 8th Avenue S.W. on Stephen Avenue Mall until our move in May of 2010 to Art Central. Upon the sale of this building in 2012, Micah Gallery left the Calgary retail market to pursue an increasing demand for wholesale and corporate procurement.

Our sincere passion for the preservation of indigenous art forms in support of First Nations culture has lead us to their many traditional lands across North America and the sponsorship of many individual artists and organizations who share our spirit.

Our web site provides our customers the opportunity to view the many traditional forms of First Nation Artistry, but as many of our products are original one-of-a-kind works we often visit our wholesale and corporate customers so they may select from our vast inventory of products suited to their target market and price point. Alternatively, by appointment only, clients may visit our location to make their selection.
